TCM Aviation is a consulting firm based in Hong Kong helping business’s become IS-BAO certified. Over the past few years TCM Aviation has developed strong working relationships with multiple clients in Hong Kong, China and Australia. Our direct approach to safety and development of the SMS has been finding success.

A brief outline and back ground; after completing a bachelor of business degree in Sydney, Australia, Tom obtained a graduate role with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. Here Tom was involved in the assurance and advisory division and financial auditing.

Tom ventured out and completing his commercial pilots license where he then flew for a variety of General Aviation (GA) companies throughout Australia for six years. The GA flying ranged from very remote outback Australia flying to corporate aviation.

Tom is now a First Officer with a major airline in Hong Kong and he has been flying internationally for over four years.

Tom saw an opportunity to combine his business background and passion for aviation with over a decade experience in Aviation and started TCM Aviation consultancy services.

TCM Aviation provides a variety of services with ‘Safety’ being our core values. Being a certifed IS-BAO auditor is a role Tom takes very seriously and a certification he is very proud of.
